Yupyup, no Patricia there will never be NC. So we must not let her down and we must work hard for the remaining training and we'll definitely do well for the competition. We must also "bond" :DD

During footdrill,
DO NOT give any facial expression even though you've done something wrong.
Just continue and pretend nothing happen.
This will give the judges a impression that we are confident.
LOOK UP. Look proud and be confident.
Remember to try and coordinate our bangings. Try to raise up to 90-degrees.
Listen and follow the timing. (Timing don't too fast nor too slow.)
Always try to maintain the dressing. Roughly gauge a 0ne-arms-length between one another.
When turning, marching and hormat, DO jerk.
When doing the turnings (kekanan, kekiri and keblakang pusing), do a swfit, fast and sharp turn if possible.
Handswings must follow the person in front so that it is coordinated.
Remember - when hormat it's 2-3-4-up. When up, means we must be saluting already. So when thahira is saying 2-3-4, we must be ready to hormat. (My explaination very lousy, sry.)

During first aid case,
BE FIRM. Give a fierce and confident look.
DO NOT smile or laugh. Try to control. If not, think of anything that makes you angry so you won't smile or laugh.
Sieyi, please be more confident. Don't show the judges that you are blur and don't know what to do. Remember, if someone ask you anything, answer firmly and confidently. If anyone ask you to come over to help, just shout Yes, commander/subcommander/Number 3. If you cannot go over to help, say (for example) "Commander I am now treating the casualty over here."Ok? Anything not sure, please ask. We'll help each other.
Do the treatments as fast as possible. If you think you're too free, check the casualties pulse/breathing/fan the casualty/talk to the casualty/ask the others if they need any help ESPECIALLY for Number 3 and Number 4.
Make sure you can see the whole scene from where you are so that if you think anyone needs help, or have done something wrong you can let them know.
Remember, we are to wear our gloves while discussing the case.
DO NOT smile or giggle while discussing.
Number 4, control crowd only when Number 3 needs help or when there are more than 1 crowd. If not, go around helping.
Number 3 and Number 4, please collect information from crowd if any and let the commander/subcommander know about their casualties.
Any information you know about the case, tell the commander so I can report to the doctor. That way we can score higher.
IF anyone forget any of the treatment or anything, help them!
Commander and Subcommander must remember to shout and be firm when giving instructions Example, "Number 3 go and control the crowd!"
When you are telling the other person who is helping you with the treatments and they do not know anything about the injuries the casualty is suffering from, tell them in a loud tone so that the doctor can hear.
When the doctor ask you about the casualty, (even when he/she say what is your casualty suffering from) DO NOT just say the injury!
Remember to say the FOUR THINGS; what you see when you first approach the casualty/the recognitions, what you infer/what you think the casualty is suffering from, what treatments have you done/what are you going to do and how it will benefit. If you can add on, just say and tell the doctor everything you know about the injury. For example, what it may lead to etc.
EXAMPLE, "Ok doctor, when I first approach this casualty he was inconscious so what I did was to check for breathing and pulse and since they were not present, I performed one round of CPR which consists of 5 cycles of 30 compressions and 2 quick blows. His pulse and breathing was regained after the 1 round of CPR. Then while we were the full-body check, we found that the casualty has unbalanced shoulder and a lump at the back so we suspected spinal injury. We did a full-body immobilisation to prevent further injury. The casualty also has pale, cold clammy skin and rapid pulse. So we suspect that the casualty is suffering from shock. We have loosen tight clothings and also cover the casualty with ground sheet to prevent the casualty from the cold and also improve the blood circulation. If the casualty was not suffering from spinal injury I would have elevated his legs to improve the blood circulation but we did not do so because we do not want any further injury to the spine. Now, I am going to continue to monitor the pulse and breathing and fill in the casualty report form."
If you have not completed the treatments, then say that you will do blablabla.
If commander/subcommander's casualty is unconscious, anyone else whose casualties are conscious try to get information from him/her about the unconscious casualty as well.
REMIND ME IF IT'S A SPECIAL CASE AND THAT I HAVE TO ASSESS THE CASE.

During home nursing,
Seiyi please talk louder so that the nurse can hear.
Trolley people do as fast as possible, stay alert when seiyi is done with the trolley so that you can quickly push back the trolley and do the next trolley.
Seyi do not look blur. Don't give the judges/nurse the impression that you are not sure.
We have not tried doing a single home nursing case with all the proper equipments. So on that day itself, please adapt to the equipments and be smart at handling the equipments.
Do everything properly and I will do my very best to say the theories.
Especially to seiyi, please do not forget any practical. If you are unsure, you can ask us ok.
Remember to not leave the patient alone at any time.
So if trolley people can help out/when you guys are free, do go over to the patient and talk to the patient.
Everyone must stay alert in case seiyi need our help but she not sure how to ask or anything.
Take initiative to help one another. Remind each other if anyone forget anything.
WHEN DOING DIET TROLLEY, please do not ask the patient what they want to eat. Tell the patient what food there is/what food we recommend her to eat - fish or chicken porridge, milk or plain water, whatever vegetable they have and whatever fruits they have. (Trolley people check out what food there is and let seiyi know).
Seiyi, remember to do or ask the patient/nurse the necessary things before doing the trolleys.
Example, TPR and Blood pressure; ask if the patient have eaten. Dressing; switch off the fan and remember to switch back on the fan after doing dressing. Same goes for tepid sponging, cold compress, bed bathing and bed making etc.
Make sure you tell the patient everything that you are going to do.
If you need any help, must ask.

MUST BELIVE WE CAN DO IT!
I believe we can do it, so must you. Remember, we are doing this because we want to win and make Patricia happy. We must put in effort and work hard for her and for NC too!

Love you guys tons always,
Hanis(:
